Our Vision
Our LGBTQ elders, long underserved, deserve access to quality care & culturally-affirming services.

We're here to close that gap.
Funded by a grant from SF's Department of Aging & Adult Services, we aim to provide trauma-informed, culturally-competent treatment in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Our staff receive ongoing training and support in order to address the evolving needs of LGBTQ communities. We are proud to partner with Openhouse, an organization reknowned for their vital work connecting LGBTQ elders with housing and community supports. Together, we are creating a unique LGBTQ-focused adult day health program – the first of its kind on the West Coast!
SteppingStone Adult Day Health
We are the largest and most experienced Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) in San Francisco. Our half-day programs are designed to help people stay mentally and physically active, reduce isolation and prevent the decline of their abilities. We offer multiple care programs and recreational opportunities in a single location as a positive alternative to nursing home care.

A multidisciplinary team of social workers, healthcare providers, physical therapists, & activities staff ensure that each participant receives quality services tailored to their specific needs. Find out more at our organization's main page, linked below.
